This wonderful gong is 27.5 inch (70cm) in diameter.
This 70cm gong has a wonderful complex sound. The boss holds a higher base note than the surface of the gong. As you strike from the center outwards the tones become deeper. You can play it very gently up to a load roar.
Its large size also makes it an amazing piece of art to create a wonderful atmosphere in any room. Imagine the impact it would have in your therapy or meditation room, or in your yoga studio!
When I make a gong like this one, I work with an intention. This means that I create or witness an energy form and connect it with the instrument while I make it. This is a beautiful process that always amazes and surprises me. The resulting instruments have energies that carry qualities of being and wisdom-filled insights that can teach and heal us.
This gong comes with its own padded gong bag and a mallet, so you can start playing it right away!

Care instructions
Andromeda Gongs are coated in a thin layer of microcrystalline wax to prevent oxidization. If your gong gets dirty, wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
